Normally I would give the campground 4 out of 5 stars, but due to an encounter with the unfriendly and aggressive owner I am keeping it at 1 star. Just the normal review first, then I will end with the review of the unfriendly and aggressive owner. The campground is clean and well kept by the well friendly staff. The plumbing is fine and well kept. Only thing is that in the evening the hot water runs out because too much is used at once for the dishes and showers. I don't find it a problem, you can cool off for a while, but if you do want hot showers, you have to take that into account. WiFi is not very good and after an evening with lightning, it was no longer available at our Permanent Huren Op Camping. At the sanitary building there is good WiFi. With a bar you could sit there and have a drink. The campsite has enough trees, which is nice with the hot days. Behind the campsite there is a road, where in the evening mopeds drive by making a lot of noise. If you are sensitive to this, it is better not to go to the back of the campsite. The beach Permanent Huren Op Camping a short walk away if you leave the campground and cross the one-way street. Lake Caldonazzo is lovely and not cold, but nice to cool off in. Directly opposite the campsite you can also rent pedal boats, some with a slide. Staff of this was very nice and we used this several times.
